"Your way passed by the sea, and your footsteps remained invisible" (Ps 77:20)
A chasuble where waves carry memory and crosses shine like stars
The chasuble opens in a fluid motion: stylized, wide, serene waves flow along the fabric in shades of blue, light blue, and turquoise.
The lines do not imitate the sea, they suggest it: a slow, almost meditative rhythm, which accompanies the gaze like a subdued song.
Above these waves, without clear separation, appear crosses, light, almost suspended in the air. Their shape is essential, but their presence is luminous: they look like stars resting on water, little lights that do not go out.
They are the baptized, the witnesses of Christ the Master
Star-crosses do not form a true sky: they hover, scattered, as if the boundary between sea and sky had vanished. Water becomes sacred space, and light becomes prayer.
A chasuble that speaks of travel, but also of a light that does not abandon, of a God who makes himself a discreet presence
