We hope that our products are to your liking we list our conditions of sale:

• orders placed are not accepted until they have been confirmed by us by email.
• in our storage are normally available to the Customer the items proposed for a prompt shipment. There may be the possibility of temporary exhaustion and in that case you will be promptly notified
• the delivery will be by national/international courier Express DHL with conditions indicated in the shipping information.

Shipping information

The e-commerce Liturgical Apostolate uses a courier specialist in national/international shipments.

Shipping costs vary according to the weight, the size of the item and the delivery address. The national delivery and inside of European Union  usually takes place in 1-2 working days, while for the international on average 5-6 working days after the order has been processed. If the order is "evaded", it will no longer be possible to make any changes (recipient/address/etc).

Force majeure events such as adverse weather conditions and other incidents may affect product reception times

You will be provided with the tracking code of the package at the time of processing the order

How do I order an item?                          

Ordering on the Liturgical Apostolate.it website is very easy! You can view all the articles by browsing through the various categories of products. By selecting an article you will get all the information about it and you can add that article to your cart by using the ADD TO CART button.

You can check the status of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the CART item.

You can decide to remove one or more items from your cart by typing zero in the quantity box; in the same way you can increase the number of an item by always entering the quantity you want in the space provided.

Once you have completed your purchases, click on the CART item. Check that the shopping cart contains all the items and quantities you want and continue by clicking on PROCEED TO PURCHASE.

How do I make the payment?

Apostolato Liturgico online accepts cash on delivery and credit card payments.

Only for the subscription of the magazine you can also pay by bank transfer.

For credit card payments the most common cards are accepted.

Registration is easy, fast and free. It allows you to review the status of your orders at any time and to store your billing and shipping data.

Privacy Guarantees

The term "personal data" means all information that can be used to identify, directly or indirectly, a natural or legal person. PDDM will not process your personal data without your consent where this is not permitted by applicable law. In the processing of your personal data, PDDM undertakes to comply with the European Regulation 679/2016 and in any case with the applicable national and international legislation on the protection of privacy. Within the framework of the above,  PDDM guarantees compliance with the strictest security standards for your personal data. In addition to the above information, pursuant to and for the purposes of articles 12 and 13 of European Regulation no. 679 of 27 April 2016 (in short, also "GDPR") PDDM wishes to provide further information to its users.

Use of personal data

When registering on our site, you may need to complete some fields (some are required, some are optional) as well as choose a user name and password. In this case, failure to provide some of the personal data requested may make it impossible for the visitor to access certain sections of the site and for PDDM to respond to requests received.

In any case, PDDM intends to ensure that such third parties provide the same level of protection as PDDM itself and,  where applicable, it will contractually require them to process the data transferred to them only for the purposes expressly authorised by PDDM.

No "sensitive" data (e.g. health information) will be disclosed to third parties without your prior written consent.

Your consent, given in accordance with the provisions of this paragraph, may always be revoked. In this case, PDDM may no longer be able to meet your requests. PDDM will, where possible, inform third parties to whom your data has been transferred of the revocation of your consent.

Transfer of data abroad

Without prejudice to the information received above, no further transfer of data outside the EU or to international organisations is envisaged. In any case, if the need arises PDDM will verify whether or not there is an adequacy decision of the EU Commission ensuring an adequate level of data protection.

Security and confidentiality

To ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data collected online, PDDM will use data systems protected, among other things, by appropriate firewalls and passwords. Access to personal data is allowed only to “Persons in charge” and authorized persons who have an actual need to use such data and who have been instructed to process such data in an appropriate manner, in accordance with the principles of security and confidentiality. Compliance with PDDM codes and procedures by personnel is subject to periodic checks and inspections. While PDDM cannot entirely exclude the possibility of loss, fraudulent use or alteration of data, it aims to prevent such adverse events.

Right of access by the data subject

PDDM informs you of the following rights:

(a)           right of access, rectification, cancellation, limitation, opposition:

the data subject may access his/her own personal data at any time, request its rectification if incorrect, request the deletion of data that are excessive, but not those required by law to the Data Controller, and may limit the access of data to certain figures;

the data subject may revoke the consent at any time, assuming the consequences thereof (including the interruption of contractual services), without prejudice to the obligation of the Data Controller to continue to hold the personal data, subject to this processing when this is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation of the Data Controller or for the performance of a task in the public interest or related to the exercise of authority vested in the Data Controller.

Anonymous data and "Cookies
